Airpressure Corkscrew, Vignon
It may look like magic, but it's real enough: the air corkscrew releases the cork from the bottle with just a little bit of air. Stick the needle through the cork, pump the top of the corkscrew approx. 15 times and the cork slides easily and elegantly out of the bottle.
