Steam Tower
Steam Tower is a brilliant kitchen tool: A modern, Scandinavian version of a traditional Asian steamer. The porcelain bowls can be stacked in the oven, enabling the preparation of several dishes at once. And the result is healthy, moist and fantastic. The Steam Tower maintains vitamins and minerals and adds wonderful taste to your food. Designer Christian Bjørn developed the steamer in cooperation with Michelin chef Morten Køster, who wrote an inspirational cookbook that accompanies the Steam Tower.
